Step 8: Click on View all exports.

This will take you to the exports page, where you'll be able to see all the export history. Exports will now be asynchronous allowing users to continue working on the platform while the export is prepared. You will receive an email notification when your export is ready for download.

Step 9: Download the exported list.

Click on the "Download" button in the export page to download the list into your system. Exports will be easily available for downloading them again for 3 days from this view. For security reasons, they will expire after 3 days & will be present in the list marked as "Expired" for 30 days.

Step 10:  How to access the downloaded List.

All data exported from the WE9 platform will be secured in a Zip file & password protected.

The password is the first two characters of the email id followed by the creation date of the export in MMDDYYYY format. Example: mj09282020.

The password is case sensitive just like your username. The date in the password should be based on EST time while using the password for exports.

Example: PST 9:30 PM Monday is 12:00 AM Tuesday  EST
